About
With my background in carpentry, I see the differences between digital and hands-on projects clearly. Unlike physical work, digital projects often feel more complicated because people have different levels of knowledge about technology, standards, and best practices. This can sometimes cause misunderstandings, which is why clear communication and trust are so important. I believe that building trust, and having confidence in the product, are key to a successful project.
To set expectations early, I try to create a prototype as soon as possible. This helps everyone talk about requirements in a practical way. If a prototype isnât possible, I prefer using a pen and a big whiteboard to map out ideas. I often find this more useful than starting with digital tools.
For a project to succeed, clear and strict priorities are essential. I keep a close eye on ROI to make sure resources are used wisely. I also understand that success isnât just about delivering the product. Itâs also about understanding the clientâs internal situation, like their team setup and experience, so I can give the best advice for their specific needs.
I am active in the delivery of Custom Development, CMS and E-Commerce.
