A digital product developed in a human-centred way is like a friendly person to me. Innovative digital products and services should therefore set impulses and lead people to develop and experience meaningful stories. To me, it is not exclusively the experience at the moment of use that is important, but continuous experience. Personally, I call this "experiencing instead of experiences".
